What are Imprint Guidelines?
Most items have a specific area allowed for imprinting. Make sure that your fonts are at least 6 pt. or larger. The rest of your design, such as your logo, must fit within the allowed area. Laser engraving works best with fonts 8 pt. or larger.
Can I get a specific color?
Most vendors have a specific set of standard colors. If you need a precise match there will normally be an additional charge for most products. We will try to match as nearly as possible the color you need without incurring an additional charge.
What art format is required?
Vector files are preferred. This can be in EPS, PDF, or AI. We also accept CDR files. Fonts should be converted to curves. If your artwork is not in a vector format and you do have a high resolution JPG or PDF, we can usually work with it.

What is the setup charge?
This charge covers the cost to prepare to imprint your items. It may be digitizing for embroidery, plates for imprinting or stamping, or screens for silk screening.
Shipping and Production
How long will it take to get my product?
Most items take between two & three weeks in production; more complex items might take longer. Production time for metal die-cut items, such as some lapel pins and medallions, may take up to eight weeks. Large quantity overseas items will take eight to twelve weeks production. Shipping will be less than one week in most cases.
Why did I get more than I ordered?
Most suppliers will produce 5-10% more than ordered for quality control, preferring not to disappoint with a short order. The exact quantity can be requested, however there will usually be an additional charge.
Can I get my product sooner?
Usually, yes! We have many suppliers who will do rush orders to meet your timeline. Some items will have an additional charge and upgraded shipping method to meet your needed date.
